Following a closed-session periodic evaluation requested by the director, the Coldwater Board of Public Utilities voted in open session to increase Director Jakubzak’s annual compensation by 2% over the prior year and to add a 1% employer contribution to his 457 retirement plan.

A board member moved and the board seconded the motion; the chair called for a roll-call vote. Members Willett, Smoker, President Stevens and Vice President Ulm answered yes to the roll call and the motion passed. After the vote Jakubzak thanked the board.

The board adjourned after taking the compensation action.
