The City of Odessa City Council accepted a material donation from Kimray Sales and Services consisting of pipes, pipe fittings and shelving to support city irrigation, pool repairs and maintenance.

Parks and public‑works staff thanked Kimray representatives Chad and Courtney for the donation and thanked a city employee, Yohan with OFR, for facilitating the contribution. Staff described the gift as material only and recommended accepting it; the council moved to accept the materials and the motion passed by voice vote.

Staff advised that if the council intends to place the donated material into a project or line item, now is the time to do so for finance tracking; that action was left to staff discretion.
