Member Leah Klein, chairing the Land Use and Transportation Committee, presented one action item to the County Board: approval of a letter of understanding with the Illinois Department of Transportation for the Towanda Overpass on County Highway 29. Member Adam Reeves seconded the motion and the board approved the item.

Klein told the board the committee’s minutes are available in the unapproved minutes packet and offered to answer questions about the project.
