City Manager Rosenthal summarized the firm’s work since July 2024, citing renegotiated investment terms that yielded higher returns, a review of the city’s cash management practices, assistance in soliciting and contracting a bond financial adviser, and the creation of an end‑to‑end evaluation framework for proposed developments that captures fiscal, environmental and infrastructure impacts earlier in the review process.

No members of the public spoke on the item. A council member requested the consultant’s full name for the record; staff provided it as Nick Narducci. Following a motion and second, the council approved the resolution on roll call, 5–0.

The resolution authorizes continued engagement with the consultant under terms described in the contract presented to council; staff said the extension is intended to help position the city for cost‑effective access to capital and improved project vetting.
