The Winnebago County Board approved a resolution authorizing the board chairman to execute the first amendment to the professional services agreement between the Ferguson Group and Winnebago County for grant writing services.

Mr. Arena, reading the Legislative and Lobbying Committee report, moved the resolution and Mr. Booker seconded. Arena said there was no discussion; the board then cast unanimous votes in favor.
