Commissioners approve Golden Lake replat; signatures to be notarized

The Steele County Board approved a replat for land at Golden Lake after staff confirmed the proposal had already been approved by Golden Lake Township. A property representative said the replat had township approval and that taxes were current; commissioners moved and seconded to accept the replat as drawn and authorized signatures. The applicant asked the board to "make a motion to accept the replanting as drawn" and requested that the county president and another county official sign the final documents before a notary.
