Ward County directs realtor to proceed with County North building offer and listing

The Ward County Commission on July 30 advised County realtor Nathan Stremick to proceed with items regarding a purchase offer and listing for the County North building. The motion passed unanimously on a roll-call vote.

According to the minutes, Stremick entered an executive session at 8:39 a.m. to discuss a purchase offer on the County North building. After the executive session closed at 9:07 a.m., the commission moved, on a motion by Commissioner Schuler seconded by Commissioner Merritt, to advise the county realtor to proceed with items regarding the County North building purchase offer and listing; the minutes record a unanimous vote in favor.
