MORRISTOWN, N.J. — The Morris County Board of Commissioners on Sept. 10 approved routine meeting minutes and passed the resolutions on its agenda, then voted to authorize payment of county bills.
The clerk reported no written public comments had been received in advance of the meeting and no members of the public spoke during the public comment period.
The meeting record shows the board approved the minutes for its Aug. 27 work session, executive session and regular meeting and then voted, by roll call, to adopt the resolutions listed on the Sept. 10 agenda. The clerk called the roll for the resolutions and for the payment of bills; recorded votes listed “Yes” from Deputy Director Shaw, Commissioner Smith, Commissioner Cabana, Commissioner Krickus, Commissioner Mastrangelo, Commissioner Myers and Director Sellen. The transcript does not record the names of the members who made or seconded the motions on the record for the resolutions or for the bill payment motion.
The board announced there were two items of communication on the agenda but provided no additional details in the public meeting record. No ordinances were introduced or considered at this meeting.
All routine votes were recorded as affirmative; no dissenting votes or abstentions on the recorded roll calls were indicated.
