The Sayreville Zoning Board of Adjustment on June 25 approved five resolutions that memorialized actions from prior hearings. Resolutions approved by motion and roll call included matters for 26 Adam Boulevard; Sterling Towers Holding LLC (879 Route 9); 28 Felix Terrace; 110 North Edwards Street; and High Point Investments (880 Main Street).

Each resolution was moved, seconded and approved by roll call with members present voting in favor. The board treated these items as consent or post‑hearing memorializations; no additional public comment was recorded on these resolutions at the meeting.

The approvals finalize previous hearings and place the board’s findings on the public record, enabling applicants to proceed with any permit or administrative steps that depend on the resolution memorializations.
