Applicant requests carryover to Aug. 6; planning board refers PB25-01 to environmental commission

The applicant for subdivision application PB25-01 asked the Sarahville Planning Board to carry the matter without further notice to the board's next meeting on Aug. 6, 2025; the board approved the request and additionally referred the application to the environmental commission for review. The board secretary said the applicantthrough attorney Mr. Papesent a July 7 letter asking for the carry because they were still working on site-plan revisions in response to reviewer comments. A planning-board member moved that the application be carried and requested that the board refer the application to the environmental commission for further review; another member seconded the motion. The board then conducted a roll call and recorded unanimous support for the carry-and-refer motion. The secretary said the application would be carried to Aug. 6 and that a letter would be drafted to capture the board's referral and recommendations. No vote on the merits of the subdivision was taken and no new site-plan materials were presented at the July 1 meeting.
