Zoning board adopts resolution concerning 5 Star Suspension Parts and Repair

The Cerebral Zoning Board of Adjustment at its Aug. 27 meeting adopted a resolution concerning 5 Star Suspension Parts, Trucks and Trailer Repair. The chair asked for the board’s pleasure on the resolution; a board member moved to adopt the resolution as written, and a roll call vote recorded unanimous approval. After the vote the chair informed the representative that the resolution had been approved and that the case was concluded for the evening. The resolution had been available to members in advance, and the board handled the item at the start of the meeting before proceeding to continued applications.
