A motion by Trustee Tyler McAfee, seconded by Vinson Phillips, moved approval of the consent agenda as presented; the board recorded ayes from Cindy Alford, Dana Dworaczyk, Tyler McAfee, Vinson Phillips and Bill Shrader, with no nays. Motion carried 5-0.
