Highlands High School announced the Highlands Bluebirds will play the Bridal Raiders at 7 p.m. tonight at David Cecil Memorial, and a student player offered a brief game preview during the school announcements.

The matchup is a home game for Highlands, and the student-run announcements promoted community attendance for the evening contest.

Colton, a student sports reporter, conducted a short interview with a player identified as Jimmy. Jimmy said, “The star power went pretty good. 3 in 1, not too bad. We definitely have a lot more to improve on though. Warvex, very good at scrambling out of pocket, but overall, I don't I think we could beat him.”

Announcers also encouraged fans to attend. “Thank you, Jimmy, for your thoughts in tonight's game. Make sure to come out and support the birds,” one announcer said.

The announcement did not provide season records, player positions, or additional roster details.
