The Laramie City Council voted 9-0 on Sept. 16 to approve a bar-and-grill liquor license for Laramie Plains Civic Center Inc., doing business as Griffin Theater.

The license application was considered during a public hearing on the regular agenda. City staff reviewed the application and the council recorded the unanimous vote to grant the license. The meeting transcript does not include conditions attached to the license or the name of an applicant representative.

The approval allows the Griffin Theater to operate under a bar-and-grill liquor license subject to any state licensing requirements and any city licensing conditions that may appear in the final license document. The transcript does not record subsequent operational or enforcement steps.
