CRA amends survey area for Quicksilver Solar Project and sets Oct. 29 public hearing

At a Sept. 24 meeting, the Community Reinvestment Agency (CRA) approved a resolution amending the survey area for the Quicksilver Solar Project, authorized staff to prepare a draft community reinvestment project-area plan and budget, and set a public hearing on the draft for Oct. 29, 2025, at 2 p.m. The board moved and seconded the measures and recorded approval during the meeting; no members of the public addressed the CRA before adjournment.
