The Township of Washington Council adopted two ordinances during its Sept. 22 meeting.

Ordinance 25-18 amends Chapter 223, Article 8 (schedules) relating to Pascack Road; the council opened and closed the required public hearing and then adopted the ordinance on second reading by roll-call vote.

Ordinance 25-19 amends Chapter 465 (Trees). The council opened the public hearing, received no public comment, and adopted the ordinance on second reading by roll-call vote.

Roll-call votes for both ordinances were recorded in the meeting minutes as a series of yes votes by council members present. No amendments were proposed during the public hearings on Sept. 22.
