The Waukesha City Finance Committee approved the minutes from its Oct. 14 meeting by unanimous consent and proceeded to its continued review of the proposed 2026 operating budget.

Committee chair called for changes to the minutes; none were offered, and the committee accepted the minutes without objection. The committee then began presentations on departmental budget requests, led by staff and department heads.

The committee scheduled further review and next steps on the budget, with follow-up meetings ahead of the council’s public hearing and final vote.
