Kankakee City aldermen voted to approve the minutes from their September meeting and later approved a motion to adjourn.

The minutes approval motion was moved by Alderman Marzak and seconded by Alderman Talley. During a roll call, Aldermen Prude, Navarz, Marzak and Talley verbally recorded “Aye.” The meeting record also indicates Alderman Johnson and the presiding officer voted in favor; Alderman Barron was absent.

Later in the meeting, a motion to adjourn was made and seconded; the presiding officer called for a voice vote and all present answered “Aye.” No votes against or abstentions were recorded in the transcript.

No ordinances, resolutions, appointments, or contract awards were voted on during the meeting.
