The commission approved a specific‑use permit to allow automobile sales at an existing vehicle repair/warehouse site on the southeast corner of Powerhouse and Mercury Street.

Planner Salazar Loteo told the commission the request adds an automobile sales use to an existing site and that no exterior modifications are proposed. Loteo said the site meets parking, buffering and circulation requirements, that there are no nearby residences that would require mitigation, and that staff recommended approval. No members of the public spoke on the item.

Vice Commissioner Buettner moved to close the public hearing and approve the SUP; Commissioner Lebo seconded. The commission voted unanimously, 7‑0, to forward the recommendation to city council for final action at the Nov. 4, 2025 council meeting.
