The Homewood Planning Commission accepted the nominating committee's slate and voted to retain Fred Roberts as chair and to appoint Eric Henninger as vice chair.

Commissioner Harwell, chair of the nominating committee, presented the slate recommending that "Mr. Roberts remain as chairman and Eric Henninger will be the vice chairman." With no other nominations from the floor, the commission voted by voice to accept the committee's recommendations.

The chair noted the procedural rule that a vice-chair nominee may not nominate another candidate for vice chair during the same vote. The commission recorded the motion and the unanimous vote; no public comment was offered on the nominations.

The officers will serve until the commission's next organizational action per the commission's rules.
