- Settlement agreement: After executive session, the court accepted and authorized County Judge David Krebs to execute a settlement agreement in Case No. S-24-5338 CVDL (Algon Alto Windfarms LLC and RWE Renewables Development LLC v. San Patricio County); the court recorded approval.
