Council extends Shiloh Woods development agreement; applicant present but no new changes

Council approved a request to amend a development agreement with Century Community Southeast LLC/Citree Communities to extend the effective date for the Shiloh Woods project.

Developer representative Gordon Johnston said the request was unchanged from first reading and that the project engineer was present if questions arose.
