Decatur County's Alcoholic Beverage Board voted to approve automatic renewals for three permits at a brief meeting Oct. 8 in Greensburg.
Officer Gibson, a State Excise Police officer serving on the board, announced at about 10:05 a.m. that the board had three automatic renewals on the agenda: RR1615963 (Pizza King of Greensburg); RR/RH1629965 (Chabon LLC, doing business as Hampton Suites, Greensburg; transcript references RR and RH); and RR1633069 (Bryant's Bar and Grill, Greensburg). Gibson said the renewals were automatic "meaning there's no violations or other reasons for them to attend."
The board moved, seconded and voted in favor; members signified approval by saying "aye" and the chair declared the motion passed. The meeting record indicates no remonstrators, permittees or applicants in attendance, and board member William Hadler was not present. No further discussion or conditions were recorded and the meeting was then adjourned.
The action preserves the existing permits for the named businesses by renewal. The board did not cite any cited violations, hearings or contested matters tied to these renewals during the meeting. No additional motions, directives to staff or follow-up items were recorded on the agenda.
Minutes and license files maintained by the Decatur County Alcoholic Beverage Board or the State Excise Police would contain the official records of these renewals and any supporting documents.
