Council approved the first amendment to the Shops at College Park planned general development agreement with Hagerty 6 Partners. The change amends the development agreement’s signage provisions (paragraph 4.7) to accommodate signage for multiple tenants at the new shopping center anchored by a grocery tenant at Hagerty and 6 Mile.

A council member summarized the amendment as enabling tenants to display signage so customers can identify stores across the multi-tenant project. The council voted 6–0 to approve the amendment.

Staff indicated the amendment aims to help the development attract tenants and customers; no additional conditions or funding actions were imposed by council during the vote.
