The Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously approved three consent-agenda items on Aug. 12.

The items approved were: D.1 — the minutes of the July 22 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting; D.2 — a final plat for a five-lot replat associated with 2125 Willis Lane (single-family lots); and D.3 — a final plat for Samantha Springs Commerce Park, a multi-lot industrial/commercial plat along North Main Street (addresses listed in the agenda packet as 712 through 880 North Main Street). The applicant on the Samantha Springs Commerce Park plat was Scribe Surveyors; Jay McCombs Real Estate was listed as the owner on the agenda packet.

Vice Chair Baker moved to approve the consent agenda; Commissioner Schlegel seconded. The motion carried on a unanimous voice/hand vote.
