The Municipal Services Committee unanimously approved an extension of a long-term temporary occupancy permit (25-033-T) for construction activity at 222 West College Avenue, extending the permit through Dec. 31, 2025. The committee voted 5-0.

Deputy Director Neuberger told the committee the Department of Public Works traffic division reviewed and approved the traffic control plan and attached conditions. "Traffic control plan has been reviewed by the DPW traffic division and approved. Some conditions are associated with that involving removal of the occupancy within sidewalk areas, evenings, weekends, and as the flow of work may allow," Neuberger said.

No public comment or additional staff requests were recorded. The committee voted to approve the extension by voice vote.
