At its Oct. 8, 2025, judiciary committee meeting, the Butte-Silver Bow County judiciary committee approved two claims presented on the agenda.

The committee approved a $400 bond refund to John Panich for property at 1354 Evans Avenue and an $8,922.58 refund to C and W Investments LLC related to redemption of a tax-assignment parcel. A motion and second to approve the claims was made and the committee approved the motion by voice vote.

Judiciary Committee Chair Michelle Shea called for the motion to approve and commissioners voted “Aye.” The transcript does not identify the motion mover or seconder by name, and no roll-call vote was recorded.
