The meeting began with a request from Allstott Hoffman Plumbing for a new water tap sewer project, scheduled from November 11 to November 13, which was unanimously approved. Following this, a road closure request from Risky Excavation for a residential water tap sewer project at 1104 North Carbon Street on November 8 was also approved.

The Indiana Beta Club Convention sought a road closure or lane restriction on Locust Street from November 14 to November 16 for school bus drop-off and pick-up. The request for no parking signs in the area was approved after a brief discussion.
