For PowerScope (the other aquatic facility referenced), staff said they are coordinating with electrical engineers and a utility (Xcel Energy) to verify power needs and feeder locations.

Committee members asked whether community concerns about proximity of new pickleball courts to nearby houses had been resolved; staff reported a consultant estimate of about 495 feet to the nearest house and said alternate plans (plan B and C) are available pending final stormwater results.

Oberging also said the project team will provide clearer public-facing timelines soon, showing when design will be complete and when construction will begin for individual projects. She said communications will publish those deliverable dates “in the next couple of weeks.”
