The collaboration involves the Milwaukee Police Department (MPD) and Friends Without Shelters, alongside the nonprofit Live Lehi Flows, founded by a dedicated community member.

Every week, Live Lehi Flows distributes between 6,000 to 7,000 food items from their location at the corner of 50 Fourth and Oklahoma, while also sponsoring food pantries and meal programs throughout the city.
