A waiver was granted to allow this buffer area to count towards the project's green space requirement, acknowledging the site's limited size and the challenges it presents in meeting all green space categories.

In addition to the approval of the office building, the commission emphasized the importance of maintaining the natural landscape and ensuring that the project aligns with the city’s broader environmental goals. The staff recommended the approval of the waiver and the project itself, contingent upon the recording of a maintenance plan for drainage and upkeep.
