Additionally, the project will involve the removal of dead trees and excessive vegetation on the properties.
The bidding process has now closed, and four contractors submitted proposals. Each bid was carefully reviewed to ensure compliance with necessary documentation, including a bid form, non-collusion affidavit, and a bid bond. The bids received were as follows:
1. **ZNL Wrecking Company** submitted a bid of **$53,600**.
2. **Hillsdale Demolition Contracting** offered a bid of **$83,356**.
3. **Saline Creek Grading LLC** proposed a bid of **$77,500**.
4. **Tubbs and Sun Construction** submitted the lowest bid at **$43,410**, accompanied by a cashier's check.
All bids met the required documentation criteria and will proceed to the evaluation stage.
