Residents of Ocala are raising concerns about potential traffic issues following the Planning & Zoning Commission's recent approval of a new residential development. During the meeting on September 8, 2025, community members voiced their apprehensions regarding the impact of increased traffic on local roads, particularly around the intersection of 25th Avenue and 35th Street, where a proposed gas station could exacerbate congestion.
John Harvey from Tillman Associates Engineering presented the development plan, which includes 55 residential units.
