Pelham Schools Enhance Safety Protocols Ahead of New Academic Year

As the new school year approaches, Pelham Public Schools is prioritizing safety measures to ensure a secure environment for students and staff. During a recent meeting, officials highlighted the ongoing collaboration with Alteris, a security firm, to enhance safety protocols across the district.

Tom Drake from Alteris has been instrumental in coordinating with the facilities department to ensure that all security systems are operational. Over the summer, extensive testing was conducted, and security monitors received training to prepare for the school year.
