Stafford Municipal School District (SMSD) Superintendent Dr. Bostic delivered an emotional farewell during the recent joint meeting of the Stafford City Council and SMSD Board of Trustees, marking his final budget presentation after 12 years of service. Dr. Bostic expressed gratitude to the community, teachers, and parents, emphasizing the importance of collaboration and high standards as the district prepares for new leadership.
