Chester Upland District Leaders Outline Recovery Plan and Fiscal Responsibility Goals

Chester-Upland School District's Receiver's Meeting on August 21, 2025, highlighted a renewed commitment to financial recovery and educational improvement as the district navigates its path out of receivership.
