The landscaping plan includes 117 trees, with a significant portion being native species, aligning with the city’s environmental standards.
After thorough discussion, the board approved the site plan with seven conditions, plus an additional requirement for the fence height to be a minimum of eight feet. This decision reflects the board's commitment to balancing development with community needs.
