Dr. Collins presented the election results, highlighting that Wilbanks received 5,145 votes, while his opponent, April Williams Moore, garnered 4,257 votes for place 4. In place 5, Chapa achieved a significant victory with 7,807 votes. Following the presentation, Trustee Ms. Haynes motioned to approve the canvassing of the election results, which was seconded by Mr. Mike. The motion passed unanimously, affirming the election outcomes with only three trustees present, which met the legal requirements for decision-making.
