Kenda Culpepper, the District Attorney, emphasized the legal requirements for office space, stating that the current setup is inadequate for the staff needed to handle the county's growing caseload. "By law, we are out of space," she noted, highlighting the critical need for enclosed offices to securely manage sensitive information.
