Over 550 employees gathered to honor their colleagues, showcasing NTTA's core values: team first, enjoy work, excellence, positive intent, and an environment of ideas.
This year, the event received nearly 130 nominations, reflecting a vibrant and positive workplace culture. The awards recognized outstanding contributions across various categories, with winners including Jordan Hill for Best in Mission and Joanna Gosca as Rookie of the Year. Notably, two employees, Yemi Fontahoon and Crystal Washington, were honored for their remarkable 25-year tenure with NTTA.
The event not only celebrated individual achievements but also emphasized the collective effort that drives NTTA's success. As the ceremony concluded, the board invited all honorees to the front for a group photo, reinforcing the spirit of camaraderie that defines the organization.
