During the regular meeting on August 19, 2025, the Teton County Planning Commission unanimously endorsed the project, which includes the addition of a presidential suite and an expansion of the spa area.

The proposed changes will add approximately 6,100 square feet for the remodel and 4,400 square feet for the spa expansion.
