He mentioned plans to remove a trailer filled with debris and clear additional junk from the property. However, the timeline for compliance has been a concern, as the property was initially given 15 days to rectify the issues following a July 10 hearing.

Despite some progress, the property has not yet met the required standards, leading to its scheduled tax deed sale on September 30, 2025. The situation highlights ongoing challenges in maintaining property standards in Bay County, as officials continue to monitor compliance efforts.
