Edgerton Outreach Appeals for $300K to Finish Veterans Housing Project in Rock County

Jim Raymond, a lifelong resident and community advocate, echoed the sentiments of his fellow speakers, arguing that the rescinded grant was not only a financial setback but also a moral issue. Ray Oswald, president of the Edgerton Outreach board, reinforced the urgency of the situation, warning that without the necessary funding, the organization could face closure, impacting many vulnerable residents who rely on its services.
