A new school project in Riverside County is set to transform local education facilities with a comprehensive design that includes a main building and 29 modular classrooms. The main building will span 17,292 square feet and accommodate approximately 30 students per classroom.

Key features of the campus include dedicated areas for kindergarten, which will have five classrooms and a private outdoor space with turf and play structures. For students in grades 1 through 8, recreational facilities will feature a soccer field, general field, and multiple courts for basketball and wall tennis, all complemented by shaded lunch areas.

The main building will also house a multipurpose room that serves dual functions as a basketball court and performing arts space. Site improvements will enhance accessibility, including designated pick-up and drop-off zones, parking, and pedestrian access, alongside necessary landscaping and utility upgrades.

Traffic flow has been carefully planned with two driveways on Jade's Road: one for ingress only and another allowing full access. The project meets parking requirements with a total of 148 spaces, ensuring ample room for parents during drop-off and pick-up times, as the school will not provide bus services.
