The City of Gallatin is moving forward with significant developments in the Foxland area, as outlined in a recent government meeting. A key focus was the approval of a comprehensive plan for a new condo project and marina, aimed at enhancing local traffic flow and community amenities.

The proposed project includes a marina, which requires approval from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, alongside residential condos and retail spaces. The design, developed in collaboration with a local architect, envisions a vibrant community hub with various facilities, including parking for the marina and retail options to serve residents and visitors alike.

At full build-out, the Foxland development is projected to include 843 residential units, comprising multi-unit buildings and townhomes. The project has been strategically phased to allow for manageable development, with the first phase already underway, which includes a pool and fitness center.
