The second project concerns the property at 510 Orange Avenue, where Bunwin Inc. is seeking a $25,000 grant as part of a $75,000 investment to convert the space into an educational facility. This initiative will involve repaving and restriping the parking lot, making awning and canopy repairs, and enhancing the landscaping. Other improvements include installing exterior lighting, painting the building, and adding a fence. While a mural is proposed for the building, it will not be funded through this grant program.

The educational facility, named Legacy, is expected to serve a vital role in the community, although specific details about the type of school have yet to be confirmed.
