Rich Morse urges Clinton Town Council to support food pantry during budget discussions

Morse urged the town board to consider providing monthly financial support, suggesting a token payment of $100 to help alleviate the pantry's challenges. In another discussion, Dana Veith from Brown Spahn Road brought attention to the deteriorating condition of Bronx Road, which she believes requires immediate attention. Veith explained that the road has seen a significant increase in traffic over the past 17 years, leading to dust issues and accessibility problems during power outages. She expressed concern that the poor road conditions have delayed service restoration from Central Hudson, the local utility company. Although she has gathered signatures from neighbors in support of her request for the road to be paved, she was advised to submit a formal petition to the town clerk to initiate the process.
