The proposed facility would feature four distinct spaces, each tailored to specific functions. Key recommendations include a shared reception area, private meeting rooms, and a comfortable lounge for community members. Notably, the plan suggests the installation of a public health vending machine stocked with essential items such as first aid kits, Narcan, and hygiene products, aiming to provide resources outside regular business hours.

The second level of the facility is envisioned as a family resource center, inspired by successful models like the Family Strengths Network.
