Satya Ganesan, a tenth grader and the marketing director for the initiative, shared his personal experience of struggling to find information on the city’s website. He noted that the OpenGov platform serves as a bridge to local government, allowing residents to follow meetings and understand decision-making processes more clearly. Ganesan also announced the upcoming introduction of an AI chatbot on the website, which will provide instant answers to questions about city governance, further enhancing accessibility.
