Design Review Board Approves Major Remodel at 1916 Grama Rock Canyon Road

Following the presentation, the board opened the floor for public comments, with architect Bob McGraw representing the applicants, Peggy and Kate Sexton, indicating support for the project.

The staff recommended that the board adopt a resolution approving the design review and coastal development permit, noting that the project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
